Abstract

The topic of the diploma thesis is the design of heating and hot water preparation in an apartment building in České Budějovice with a ground/water heat pump, within the scope of the project documentation for the implementation of construction, according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on construction documentation, as amended. The diploma thesis follows on from the subject Project for the construction part of DP, which was completed in the summer semester of the academic year 2021/2022. The first part of the diploma thesis is the textual part of the documentation for the implementation of the construction. The first part is supplemented by appendices with the necessary calculations for the design of the heating system of the apartment building. In part F, the issue of heat pumps is analyzed theoretically. It deals with basic and elementary knowledge about heat pumps for the correct design of a heat pump. These are mainly evaluation of heat pumps using COP and SCOP factors, reading in the energy label of heat pumps, distribution of heat pumps. The theoretical part is directly related to the topic of the diploma thesis and the issue of the primary circuits of ground/water heat pumps and the technology of conducting ground wells is analyzed here. The last part of the thesis is the drawing part, which contains drawings for the construction part of the project and drawings for the heating design.
