Abstract

This master thesis on strategic analysis of a production division operating in the construction industry focuses on the overall strategic analysis of the production division. The aim is to identify the factors of the internal and external environment that affect the functioning and competitiveness of the division, based on which, strategic objectives will be proposed. The master thesis is divided into a theoretical-methodological and practical part. In the theoretical-methodological part, a literature search is conducted to define the essential areas of strategic analysis and its tools. In the practical part, the manufacturing division, its internal and external environments are introduced and the specific analyses are performed. Finally, the results of the analyses are reviewed and based on them, strategic objectives proposed to increase competitiveness are set.
