Abstract
The bachelor's thesis contains a theoretical and analytical part and it is focused on evaluating the expenditutes of the main investigated municipality and comparing with the selected set of municipalities. The municipalities were selected according to the number of inhabitants and according to the regions in which they are located. The investigated expenditures are focused on section 33 - Culture, churches and media. Expenditures are evaluated for the period 2018-2022.
