Abstract

My thesis consists of two parts..The content of the first part are theoretical basis of recruitment and choice employees and the second part is practical. In the practical part I applied the knowledge gained from the questionnaire survey and knowledge of the theoretical part to the recruitment and choice employees in the organization SSE. The results of questionnaire survey confirmed the strengths and quality of the process of recruitment and choice employees in SSE. It also showed some weaknesses. I proposed recommendations that could help to eliminate the weaknesses and thereby improve and streamline the process of recruitment and choice employees in SSE
