Rodinný dům v Letohradě – projekt zdravotně technických instalací včetně přípojek inženýrských sítí

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the development of project documentation for the construction of a new detached house in Letohrad. The first part consists of the architectural and structural design, which defines the building as a detached, two-story house without a basement, featuring a gable roof. The second part focuses on building services, specifically the design of sanitary installations. The main outcome of the thesis is the design of the internal water supply system, including hot water preparation via a heat pump and its connection to the public water main. This is followed by the technical solution for the internal foul and surface water drainage and the subsequent discharge of wastewater through designed connections into the public separate sewerage system. The project is supported by water demand calculations, pipe sizing, and an assessment of the thermal technical properties of the building envelope. The final part of the thesis presents a theoretical analysis of permaculture principles, focusing on the efficiency of water resource management and the environmental benefits of vegetation elements. Based on this theory, a conceptual garden design was developed, which is included in the appendices of this work.
