Abstract

This thesis describes the course of the professional internship completed during the final year of the Electrical Systems and Technologies Design program. The internship took place at ABB s.r.o. and focused on supporting international projects in the fields of electrical engineering and industrial automation.

The thesis describes the work environment, the assigned tasks, and their solutions during the internship. The main focus was on modifying technical documentation according to customer requirements, checking the consistency of project data, and working on large-scale projects.

It also includes an evaluation of the knowledge and skills acquired and their practical application. Emphasis is placed on working with database-driven design systems, navigating technical documentation, and understanding design principles in practice.

The conclusion summarizes the results achieved and provides an overall assessment of the internship’s contribution to further professional development in the field of electrical engineering and automation.
