Abstract
This work deals with alternative fuels and cars drives. First of all it describes the traditional fuels such as diesel and motor gasoline. Following by the distribution of alternative fuels and drives into groups. And then offers a view to current developments in the field of cars on alternative fuels or drives requiring partial or complete correction of the car construction. The objective of my diplom thesis is to review reality of automotive field development in sphere of these cars.
