Dopady hospodárskej kríze na cestovný ruch v regiónu Liptov

Abstract

Cieľom diplomovej práce bola analýza vplyvu hospodárskej krízy a ďalších faktorov na vývoj cestovného ruchu v regióne Liptov. Na základe výsledkov analýzy boli navrhnuté opatrenia a odporúčania, ktoré povedú k ozdraveniu a ďalšiemu rozvoju cestovného ruchu v regióne Liptov.

Práca je rozdelená do piatich kapitol. V prvej kapitole je definovaný cieľ diplomovej práce a popísaná metodika jej spracovania. Druhá kapitola vytvára teoretický základ diplomovej práce. Tretia kapitola približuje problematiku vymedzenia pojmu región, rozdelenia Slovenskej republiky na regióny a subregióny cestovného ruchu a obsahuje podrobnejšiu charakteristiku záujmového regiónu Liptov. Štvrtá kapitola je zameraná na analýzu návštevnosti a počtu prenocovaní v subjektoch cestovného ruchu regiónu Liptov. Posledná, piata kapitola, predstavuje súhrn odporúčaní smerujúcich k zlepšeniu zisteného stavu a zvýšeniu príjmov cestovného ruchu regiónu Liptov.

on the development of tourism in the Liptov region. Based on the results of this analysis, measures and recommendations were suggested in order to improve and progress the tourism in the region of Liptov.

The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first one defines the aim of the thesis and describes the methodology of its composition. The second chapter creates the theoretical bases of the thesis. The third chapter outlines the spheres of defining the term region, the division of the Slovak Republic into regions and subregions of tourism and contains detailed characteristics of the Liptov region. The fourth chapter is focused on the analysis of the number of overnight stays in regards to the subjects of tourism in the Liptov region. The fifth and final chapter presents a summary of recommendations leading to the improvement of the ascertained state and the increase of the income coming from tourism in Litpov region.
