Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with building construction and technical equipment of buildings. It consists of the text and design parts, accompanied by part and appendices. The main part focuses on project documentary materials for realization of a new house. It concentrates on a two-floor building without a cellar, with a shed roof, in which indoor water piping is used. Hot water will be prepared in two ways: using an electric boiler and the involvement of the solar system with collectors, which means significant savings in the production of hot water.It´s an ecological and renewable source of energy.Building up the solar system expects profiting from donation of the state fond of environment.
