Abstract
One benefit is fulfilment passing from employer to employee. Employment benefits serve primarily for reinforcing a positive relationship to the enterprise, stabilisation and satisfaction of employees. Displayed in the thesis are the impact of taxes for the employer, the tax and transfer system for the employee. Options for using the cafeteria system.
