Uživatelské testování e-shopů se sportovním vybavením

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on user testing of online sports equipment stores, specifically Sportisimo and Sport Vision. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the user-friendliness, clarity, and functionality of the selected websites and subsequently propose recommendations for improving the user experience. Emphasis is placed primarily on user navigation, product search, filtering, and the shopping process. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical section. The theoretical section focuses on online marketing, websites, e-shops, and user testing. The practical section is based on qualitative research conducted through user testing of eight respondents. The results showed that both e-shops have strengths and weaknesses. Sportisimo was rated as more intuitive and reliable in terms of basic functions, while Sport Vision gave a more modern and visually appealing impression. Based on the results, recommendations were formulated that should lead to improved usability and optimization of the selected e-shops.
