Návrh a realizace SW pro automatizovaný laboratorní tester elektronického výrobku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací SW pro automatizovaný laboratorní tester elektronického výrobku. Práce popisuje teoretický rozbor testovaného výrobku, SW pro testování, optická inspekce pomocí kamer, PXI, komunikace Modbus. V praktické části je popsán HW testeru, realizovaný kód ve vývojovém prostředí NI LabVIEW, optická kontrola vytvořena ve vývojovém prostředí NI Vision Builder for Automated Inspection a testovací sekvence úloh DUT, které byly vytvořeny v NI TestStand.

The diploma thesis deals with the design and implementation of software for an automated laboratory tester for electronic products. The thesis describes the theoretical analysis of the tested product, SW for testing, optical inspection using cameras, PXI, Modbus communication. The practical part describes the HW tester, the code implemented in the NI LabVIEW development environment, the optical inspection created in the NI Vision Builder for Automated Inspection development environment, and the DUT test sequences created in NI TestStand
