Kvantifikace úniku vodíku z vysokotlakých zařízení

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of hydrogen leakage from high pressure equipment. The aim of the thesis is to compare the results of the chosen calculation methods with practical measurements, in which hydrogen leakage after a cylinder puncture by a projectile was simulated. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on hydrogen properties, accidents associated with hydrogen leakage, and mainly on the analysis of six computational methods for the prediction of leakage parameters. The practical part describes two hydrogen leakage experiments, one with subsequent ignition and the other without ignition. The data obtained are compared with two computational methods, the isentropic model of ideal gas leakage through a small orifice and the Van der Waals method, in terms of leakage time, discharge rate, temperature and pressure conditions.
