Abstract

Aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a project documentation of family house heating based on ground-water heat pump, as well as proposal of a construction system of the building. Level of this documentation is documentation for a building realization. The construction system of this building was created with a requirement for system-solution for the entire structure, together with great insulation and general physical characteristics. For this reason, the chosen system is that of Ytong. It comprises of perimeter walls bricks and components (Ytong Lambda YQ 450), ceiling system (Ytong Ekonom 250), as well as all necessary parts for building a staircase. A ground-water type heat pump was chosen as a primary heat source for the house for being rater unconvetional solution, while offering technical capabilities thanks to which it tends to overshadow air-water heat pumps that are being used more regularly. At the same time, the heating system combines two most-used ways of heat transfer: floor heating and radiators. For above mentioned heat source and heating system, the author made a complete documentation that consists of a technical report with all necessary annexes (e.g. designation of expansion vessels, designation of pipe thermal insulation, determination of a borehole depth, etc.) as well as complete set of drawings.
