Hodnocení eficience finanční výkonnosti podniků potravinářského průmyslu pomocí metody DEA

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is the evaluation of financial performance efficiency of companies from brewing industry by using a DEA method. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first one focuses on the data envelopment analysis terminology and method classification, and it also includes a characteristic of the models of data envelopment analysis. The second part is devoted to a selection of breweries for which the efficiency is measured. A part of the chapter is also a characteristic of breweries inputs and outputs. In the third chapter, the methods of data envelopment analysis are applied, and the evaluation of results is performed.
