Analýza motivačního programu firmy Tawesco, s. r. o.

Abstract

The subject matter of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse contemporary motivation program in the company Tawesco, s.r.o. and to create a suggestion that will improve it. The first part summarises present knowledge about motivation and its influence on work performance of employees. The concepts discussed here serve as a base for the practical part of the work. The second part describes and analyses contemporary motivation program in the company Tawesco, s.r.o. At the end of this part I suggested some recommendations resulting in the improvement of the contemporary motivation program as well as in the increase of employees’ motivation.
