Osobní bankrot – způsob vypořádání dlužníka s dluhy

Abstract

Indebtedness of citizens in Czech Republic is increasing and some people aren´t able to pay theirs debts in time. In diploma work i define bankruptcy and characterize methods of settlement with debts with a view to the process of discharge from debts of individuals. I specify the process of discharge from debts from initiate insolvency proceedings to the end. In practical part diploma work i analyse and then assess ongoing discharge from debts on sample of 32 persons. Next i indicate a method of calculation unseizable amount and how types income have affect to its calculation and which increase amount to splitting among creditors.
