Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to design mainload-bearing construction of multi-storey flat house made of wooden-based materials. It is necessary to create model of computation, which is loaded with snow, wind, dead load and life load. Designed main load-bearing components are consideredstatically and considered for fire effects. Their connecting components are considered too. The project of peripheral walls, ceiling and roof construction and partitions is also part of computation. The foundation of the building is designed and considered. The last part of the thesis describes the process of the assembling of designed flat house. The thesis also deals with the historical and contemporary load-bearing systems of multi-story flat houses made of wooden-based materials and layout of the multi-storey flat house.
