Informační podpora velitele zásahu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem informační podpory velitele zásahu. V první části je popsáno obecné rozdělení informační podpory velitele zásahu a její základní způsoby realizace. Kapitola je dále členěna na informační podporu, kterou má velitel zásahu přímo na místě zásahu a která mu je poskytována prostřednictvím Krajského operačního a informačního střediska. Následuje rozbor informační podpory ve vybraných krajích České republiky. Jedná se o Kraj Vysočina, Moravskoslezský kraj a Karlovarský kraj. Úvodem kapitoly je představen Hasičský záchranný sbor kraje a přehled o počtu jednotek požární ochrany, které jsou na území kraje dislokovány. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje shrnutí informační podpory velitele zásahu ve vybraných krajích včetně porovnání korelací, rozdílností mezi nimi a návrhy na zlepšení.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the topic of information support for the incident commander. The first part describes the general classification of information support for the incident commander and its basic methods of implementation. The chapter is further divided into information support available directly to the incident commander at the scene and support provided through the Regional Operations and Information Center. This is followed by an analysis of information support in selected regions of the Czech Republic, namely the Vysočina Region, the Moravian-Silesian Region, and the Karlovy Vary Region. The chapter begins with an introduction to the Fire Rescue Service of each region and an overview of the number of fire protection units deployed within the region. The final part of the thesis contains a summary of information support for the incident commander in the selected regions, including a comparison of correlations and differences between them, as well as proposals for improvement.
