Návrh nového využití plochy bývalého zemědělského areálu v obci Březová

Abstract

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is a design of the new land-use of the former agricultural area in Březová municipality in cadastral territory Březová u Vítkova. The design is processed as a complete development study in two variants. Based on objective facts and criteria, one of the variants was chosen for elaboration into a more detail form. Chosen variant deal with transport infrastructure, technical infrastructure and indicative calculation of investment cost is done. During the thesis was made an analysis of the territory including the standpoints of broader relationships, urban planning solution according to municipal plan of Březová municipality, all territorial limits were taken into account and an analysis of the current condition was made. The target is to build new one, functional zone and restore the today unused territory, which will be suitable connected to existing, functional municipality and built-up area. The design was followed all of valid standards and legislation.
