Abstract

This bachelor thesis present how is it possible with demand-management streamline purchasing and thus reduce the total estimated contract cost incurred. The tender was made for theatrical project of the Music Theatre in Wroclaw by the technical and engineering company OCHI Engineering, Ltd. Of all the demand management was the evaluation of all criteria and the use of appropriate strategies chosen as the contractor for which the components were eventually purchased.
