Abstract
The main theme of my thesis is the taxation of financial consultants. There is the theoretical framework of the financial counseling defined, the tax determination is shown and the average real area income and expences is stated. This thesis' aim is to compare the fixed expenses to the real ones, and to analyze their impact on the Czech Republic budget with possible problem-solving answer.
