Abstract
The bachelor's thesis will deal with research focused on the modification of properties and possibilities of utilization of waste products from the production of fillers (graphite, quartz aggregate, kaolin and clay) usable in industry. Waste graphite sludge after obtaining a graphite concentrate by flotation containing the so-called base with a large amount of ballast silicate, carbonate, sulphide and other minerals will be studied, including new possibilities of using lossy graphite.
The second part of the research will deal with the adjustment of properties and the use of fine waste fractions arising in the production of gravel and sand, especially in the fraction 0-1 mm (float clays, possibly rare and strategic elements).
The third part of the work will be a study of the properties of waste muscovite and biotite mica after their treatment arising in the production of floated and air-sorted kaolins and earthen clays.
