Abstract

The valuation process of companies plays a significant role in the field of financial management of companies. The goal of this thesis is to accomplish a valuation of a producing company on the date of January 1st of 2014. The appraisal value will be determined via three-phase method of DCF on Entity basis. This thesis is organized into 5 chapters. The first chapter is an introduction to the thesis. The second chapter is devoted to the description of analytic methods and in the third chapter these methods are applied. On the basis of the results obtained from the application of analytic methods, we will be able to predict the evolution of the company and subsequently proceed to the valuation itself. The process of valuation is being described in the fourth chapter; there are also incorporated financial plans, discount rates and determination of the company value with Sensitivity Analysis included. The fifth chapter is conclusion.
