Abstract
This thesis discusses the possible ways of simulation, calculation and measurement frequency background in television broadcasting band. Simulations were performed using RadioLab and its subsystems. Continuous measurement of individual television transmitters takes place on selected area in the suburban parts of Ostrava-Poruba. In this work are also the values of parameters and protective factors on which to determine whether there is interference on the same or adjacent radio channels. The conclusion is an analysis of the results, which found the protective ratio exceeding that in the case examined a useful digital signal transmitter Ostrava-Hladnov.
