Abstract

The main goal of this work is a valuation of company FERONA, a. s. by revenue methods. This work is divided into three parts. The first part describes methods of valuation of companies. There are mentioned the main method of valuation and procedures to be arranged before the particular valuation. There are noted the theoretical bases of valuation methods, bases of methods of free cash flow with using the revenue methods and models of capital cost valuation. The second part presents company Ferona a. s. and according to data sheets in the time period from 1999 to 2007 the financial analyse. The strategic analyse belongs to this part as well. The third part describes the method of company valuation, the set up of long term financial plan for the next five years and valuation of capital cost. The valuation is worked out by revenue methods, method of capitalized profits and analytic method and method of DCF equity. The comparision of results is worked out at the end of this part.
