Abstract
The aim of this thesis is a project and implementation of the controlling system of Automatic Diecutter WUPA PS4.3A and to ensuring machine reliability during production activity by replacing of the old device with a new one.
To control the quality tests during automatic diecutter production a programmable logic controller SIMATIC S7-200 with processor CPU 222 from company SIEMENS is used. It is an automatic controller with eight digital inputs and six relay outputs. Upgrading of the CMOS logic board is realized with new software which is made in the development system STEP 7-Micro/WIN.
