Využití digestátu pro přípravu hnojivého substrátu

Abstract

This thesis deals with possibilities of using digestate waste after anaerobic digestion from a biogas plant as a basic component of new improved fertilizers. The first theoretical part describes biogas plants, digestate waste and the desirability of using as an organo-mineral fertilizer. Also there is a description of other possibilities of use and usability as a new type fertilizer base. The practical part focus at enrichment of digestate by the suitable organic materials to improve the balance of soil organic matter. All materials are described in details. Also there is description of need of soil organic matter and a connection between organic matter and degeneration of soil. Another important thing is a connection between humification process and a water soak in and retention. The suitability of the new digestate base substrates are assessed by the germination test.
