Abstract

Theme of this bachelor’s thesis is Marketing and management of sports organization TJ Sokol Krmelin. The goal of my thesis is analysis of marketing and management in sports organization TJ Sokol Krmelin. Theoretic part is based on sport, marketing, management, non-profit institution and methods of research. In practical part are characterized sports section in organization and their management. There is an interview with manager of the sports organization TJ Sokol Krmelin and the sum of questionnaire outcomes. Analysis of marketing tools and SWOT analysis. Final part of my thesis is devoted to summary of survey results, proposals and recommendations. Based on obtained information was recommended for the sports organization TJ Sokol Krmelin a few improvements which can make the sports organization TJ Sokol Krmelin better.
