Systém pro měření délky sekundárních bram

Abstract

This thesis deals with design and implementation of systems for accurate measurement of steel castings in the metallurgical industry. The system consists of a laser sensor ILR1183, two safety optical sensor, the control PLC S7-400 and two visualization panels. Laser sensor communicates with the PLC via PROFIBUS. The control program is written STEP7 from Siemens. The program processes the measured data, the system evaluates the conditions, containing the sequence for the calibration of input parameters and archiving measured values in the database. Vizualization consists of two HMI panels, the first is used for operating the device and the other is for service purposes.
