Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of fracture surfaces after tensile tests at ambient temperature for different types of steel. After tensile testing depending on the type of steel there are different shapes of fracture surfaces, various defect places, inclusions, etc. Thesis presents the basic diagram of tensile testing at ambient temperature and some fracture surfaces after tensile tests are shown.
