Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine unauthorized business with a particular focus on business unauthorized trading, outline the possible consequences for businesses in terms of rights under the legislation of the Czech Republic , from the economic point of view to define the causes and consequences, and then propose an optimal solution of the problem. The method of classification, we divided the issue of unauthorized business at the various subsystems and is closer to characterize the economic and legal aspects. From an economic standpoint, we divided an issue of unauthorized business by the economic consequences of macroeconomics and microeconomics and revealed the pros and cons e aspects of such negotiations. In the case of macroeconomics, we pointed out the consequences of distorted GDP in relation to the shadow economy; taxes and the related issue of „free riders”. In the case of microeconomics are the implications affecting the price and the labor market in the context undeclared work. Furthermore, we by an unstructured individual interview with the Chief trade office in Opava, Mr. Havelka Vratislav found that the causes of unauthorized business are mainly payments of compulsory levies, ignorance, complexity, the public's attitude or special conditions for education and state regulation. In the following section, we further compared by comparing the economic consequences of choosing the way business is the amount of mandatory contributions to the potential use of lesser-known but for business owners generous flat rate. It was also pointed out the possibility of using a legitimate business with sales practice called "no evidence“. Finally, we again divided by classification issue from a legal aspects and different sub-systems and methods of language revealed the possible consequences of unauthorized business under the Trade and Criminal Code whereon we pointed out the problem. The solutions of the problems are simple positive applicable suggestions, complex long-term objectives of the state and society in the last row and negative realizable suggestions.
