Abstract

Analysis of the Approval Process for Purchased Parts at the Manufacturer of Lighting Products The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the approval process for purchased parts at the manufacturer of lighting products and identify a possible opportunities for improvement of the present status. The first part of this thesis was focused on analysis of current approaches to product quality planning and product approval process. The second part of this thesis analyses the present status in the company. Within of this part was analysed the corporate guideline for quality planning and approval process of purchased parts. In the last part are stated the opportunities and proposals, how to improve the present status. Since the company wish to protect the know-how, therefore the key figures, which would easily identify the company, are not mentioned in this thesis.
