Návrh implementace metody Balanced Scorecard ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh implementace metody Balanced Scorecard do výrobního podniku Baur Formschaumtechnik s. r. o. Struktura diplomové práce je tvořena třemi částmi. První část vymezuje teoreticko-metodologická východiska, která zahrnují charakteristiku výkonnosti, tedy vystižení podstaty jevu výkonnosti a možné přístupy k jejímu měření včetně charakteristiky metody Balanced Scorecard. Druhá část obsahuje stručné představení analyzované společnosti, následně analýza jednotlivých perspektiv a implementaci metody Balanced Scorecard. Ve třetí části je obsaženo shrnutí výsledků provedené práce, návrhy a doporučení ve formě strategických akcí, pomocí nichž je komplexně zhodnocena výkonnost podniku.

The goal of this diploma thesis is to propose the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method into company Baur Formschaumtechnik s. r. o. The structure of the diploma thesis consists of three parts. The first part defines the theoretical and methodological basis, which include the performance characteristic that is capture of nature of the performance and the possible approaches to measurement including the Balanced Scorecard. The second part contains a brief presentation of the analysed company, followed by analysis of individual perspectives and implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method. The third part contains a summary of the results of the work, suggestions and recommendations in the form of strategic actions that make comprehensive business performance assessment.
