Porovnání nákladovosti benefitů ve společnosti ČEZ a.s. a Integrovaných dceřiných společností skupiny ČEZ a.s.

Abstract

V předložené diplomové práci je zpracována analýza nákladovosti benefitů společnosti ČEZ, a.s. a Integrovaných dceřiných společností skupiny ČEZ, a.s. V první části jsou uvedeny informace o společnostech. Po té je zpracováno teoretické vymezení nákladů. V následující části je zpracována analýza nákladovosti benefitů výše jmenované společnosti ČEZ, a. s. a IDS, na jejímž základě je proveden výběr klíčových položek benefitu, které se významně podílejí na tvorbě nákladů. V důsledku rozdílných kolektivních smluv je dále provedeno srovnání mezi společnostmi. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení.

In presented diploma thesis is processed cost benefit analysis of ČEZ, a.s. and integrated subsidiaries of CEZ Group. In the first section are provided information regarding companies. Afterwards is processed the theoretical definition of costs. In the following section is processed analysis of benefits costs of above mentioned ČEZ, a.s. company and integrated subsidiaries. On its basis is made selection of the key items of the benefit which contribute significantly to the creation of the cost. Due to the different collective agreements is consequently processed comparison among the companies. In the conclusion are included suggestions and recommendations.
