Analýza spotřebitele a jeho chování na trhu e-sportu

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the consumer and his behaviour in the e-sports market. The aim of this thesis is to understand consumer behaviour and preferences in e-sports and successfully identify the factors that influence their decision making. For this purpose, an online survey method through Google Forms was used. The data collected was then analyzed using Microsoft Excel. The work also includes the evaluation of hypotheses related to consumer behavior and suggestions and recommendations for various market participants. The results of this work can be useful for marketing purposes and to improve the consumer experience in e-sports.
