Územní studie části lokality „Sokolovská“ v Českém Těšíně

Abstract

The goal of this work was to design an appropriate use zone Sokolov in the Czech Cieszyn on the basis of documents and create urban - architectural design built apartment houses, including the design of technical infrastructure and transportation solutions in two variants. The proposals respect the applicable zoning plan, new regulations in the area, existing buildings and the technical and natural conditions. The purpose of the new building has been properly integrated into the surrounding environment so as to reap the full potential of the region, but also to preserve the natural values and appropriate architectural - urbanistic solution to creating a pleasant place to live. Emphasis is placed on the attractiveness of living in this area and buildings connected to the technical infrastructure.
