Analýza a tvorba vnitroorganizačních směrnic ve vybrané nestátní neziskové organizaci

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a tvorbou vnitroorganizačních směrnic ve vybrané nestátní neziskové organizaci poskytující pobytové sociální služby. Cílem práce je posoudit současný stav interních směrnic a navrhnout opatření ke zkvalitnění jejich systému. Teoretická část vymezuje neziskový sektor, právní formu ústavu a související právní, účetní a daňové aspekty. Dále se zaměřuje na význam, funkce a tvorbu vnitroorganizačních směrnic. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu stávajících směrnic a jejich využití v praxi organizace. Byly identifikovány nedostatky zejména v oblasti jejich systematičnosti, provázanosti a vymezení odpovědností. Na základě analýzy jsou navržena opatření ke zlepšení přehlednosti a funkčnosti systému směrnic. Součástí práce je také návrh vybraných vzorových směrnic. Navržená řešení přispívají ke zkvalitnění řízení a vnitřní kontroly organizace. Cíl práce byl splněn.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the analysis and creation of internal organizational guidelines in selected non-governmental non-profit organization providing residential social services. The aim of the thesis is to assess the current state of internal guidelines and propose measures to improve their system. The theoretical part defines the non-profit sector, the legal form of an institute, and the related legal, accounting and tax aspects. It also focuses on the importance, functions and creation of internal organizational guidelines. The practical part contains an analysis of the existing guidelines and their use in the organization’s practice. Shortcomings were identified mainly in the areas of systematization, interconnection and definition of responsibilities. Based on the analysis, measures are proposed to improve the clarity and functionality of the guideline system. The thesis also includes drafts of selected model guidelines. The proposed solutions contribute to improving the management and internal control of the organization. The aim of the thesis was achieved.
