Abstract

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the theoretical views on the insolvency problemacy according to Zákon 182/2006 Sb. about bankruptcy and ways of it’s resolution (insolvency law). This bachelor thesis is mainly focused on bankruptcy or imminent bankruptcy of natural person - non-enterpreneur, and furthermore on the ways of solving this bankruptcy by the means of discharging from debts of natural person - non-enterpreneur which is performed by conversion of debtor’s property or by timetable for repayment. The debtor has to pay back the creditors atleast 30% of the outstanding debt in both cases.
