Abstract

The goal of the bachelor thesis is the laser CO2 devices. The thesis was compiled in an enviroment of SEMPER CORPORATION, ltd. It is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical part serves as a methodological ground for establishing the marketing analysis. The practical part contains theoretical results which are implemented into the market of the laser systems. Based on a questionaire, I am researching the Czech Republic's position in the market competition using the competitive group's analysis and the key competences analysis. In conclusion, the recommendations for the improvement of our "company's" competitive position in the contemporary field are introduced. The conclusion are set out recommendations for improving the competitive position of the current field.
