The content of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of partial project documentation for the construction implementation of a family semi-detached houses in Hlučín according to the Decree no. 499/2006 Sb. about buildings documentation. As a basis for the elaboration of the bachelor thesis, an architectural study from the subject of Design studio I completed in the academic year 2016/2017 and from documentation for the building permission elaborated in the subject Design studio Va in the academic year 2018/2019 was used. The thesis contains two parts – text documentation and drawing documentation. Drawing documentation is based on the assignment of bachelor thesis with architecture specialization. A part of the text documentation is an accompanying report and a technical report of the architectural and construction part.
