Abstract

Kateřina Kubenková, Ph.D. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of documentation for a residential building within the specified scope. The residential building has three floors and sixteen housing units. The bachelor's thesis includes a technical report for the structural part, drawing documentation, thermal-technical assessment of the roof, the floor above ground level, and the external walls. It also includes a structural analysis of a reinforced concrete beam. Project documentation, prepared according to the assignment and Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. on construction documentation [2]. in its current wording, includes a technical report and drawing section. The bachelor's thesis also encompasses a thermal-technical assessment of the roof structure composition according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [4] and a structural calculation of the reinforced concrete staircase.
