Abstract

Work converge the disputableness of bussiness according to Trade law. It is dealing with the comparisom between Trade law in Slovakia and Czech Republic. First chapter brings near the conception of this law. Consequently the next point is the difference in the disjointedness of Trade law in Czech republic and Slovak republic. Another part of this bachelor work will clear up the matter of consequence of bussiness for economic developememt and to bring near the statistic data about actual Trade law authorization in individual years. At the close of the work the appurtenances to working-out the bussiness animus for acquest the bussiness allowance are introduced. The practiacl example of working-out bussiness allowance is then introduced in the addition of this bachelor work.
