Abstract

Topic of this thesis is „Employee Education and Development System in the University Hospital in Ostrava“. In the first part of my thesis describes the theoretical basis of education and employee development. There is listed characteristic of comapany in the second part. The third part analyzes the current state of education and staff development for cardiac center. And the fourth part includes suggestions and recommendations for improving employee education and development system for cardiac center in the University Hospital in Ostrava. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state in the University Hospital in Ostrava and propose modifications and changes for the better.
