Efektivní řízení změn v podniku

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with efficiency management of change in a company. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretic part I dealt with modern approaches in organization and performance of change, I also described possible reasons, which can be recognized as a reason for change in organization, as well as modern method of leading -MBE.

In practical part I described an actual situation in a company DHL, which is leading substantial change in organization of transports in European area. This change should happened in close future.
