Abstract

This diploma thesis entitled „Proposal of Activities Improving Competitiveness of Company” was focused on the analysis of the business environment and the subsequent development of proposals to increase competitiveness. The diploma thesis has been prepared for a language school HELLO. First part was theoretical. In theoretical part were described analyzes, which were subsequently used in the practical part. Next part was focused on the presentation of language schools HELLO. In the practical part was prepared PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis and SWOT analysis. In the last part were described proposals to increase the competitiveness of the language school HELLO.
