Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to design and create a model of static electricity meter for teaching purposes, including communication module working under the selected standardized Modbus communication. The model will be designed to make the most closely mimicked the actual meter, especially working with the measured data and the method of storing and reading. To create the model will be used LabVIEW.
