Optimalizace režimu tepelného zpracování a implementace nových jakostních trubek, pracujících za zvýšených teplot , do výrobního systému

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with heat treatment of tubes for application at increased temperatures. The aim of this thesis is to find out suitable tempering temperatures for tubes of P22 grade and to implement a new grade of tubes for application at increased temperatures into production. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the properties and the heat treatment of the tubes for a use at increased temperatures is described. The microstructures and the results obtained from mechanical tests of samples prepared from the concrete tubes are presented and compared mutually.
