Hodnocení efektivnosti investice pomocí dynamických metod

Abstract

The topic of this diploma thesis is the evaluation of investment efficiency using dynamic methods. The aim of this work is to evaluate the effectiveness of investment in new technological equipment of the company MARPOS s.r.o. using dynamic methods based on a critical study of the literature and subsequent recommendations regarding the investment project. Dynamic methods of evaluating the efficiency of investments were used in the work, namely net present value, discounted economic value added, profitability index, internal rate of return, modified internal rate of return and discounted payback period. Based on the calculated dynamic methods, it was found that the company's investment in new technological equipment is effective. For this reason, the work provides recommendations for reducing operational risks.
