Analýza prodeje zboží a jejich porovnání v rámci poboček společnosti z odvětví velkoobchodu

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza prodeje zboží a jejich porovnání v rámci poboček společnosti z odvětví velkoobchodu. První kapitola je zaměřena teoreticky. Teoretická část popisuje charakteristiku obchodu, maloobchodu, velkoobchodu, logistiky a prodeje. První části je popsána metoda ABC, která se v této práci aplikovala, následně je kapitola doplněna finanční analýzou a jejími ukazateli. Následující kapitola představuje společnost V s. r. o. a charakterizuje její ekonomickou situaci. V poslední části této práce je provedena analýza prodeje pro pobočku Cash & Carry, který je následně porovnán s velkoobchodním skladem. V závěru jsou uvedena doporučení na zlepšení s hospodařením zásob.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the sale of goods and compare them within the branches of the company from the wholesale sector. The first chapter is focused on theory. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of trade, retail, wholesale, logistics and sales. The first part describes the ABC method, which was applied in this work, then the chapter is supplemented by financial analysis and its indicators. Introduction and characterization of the company V s. R. O. And consideration of its economic situation. In the last part of this work, an analysis of sales for the Cash & Carry branch is performed, which is then compared with the wholesale warehouse. Finally, recommendations for improvements in inventory management are given.
